Authorised use

Access should be limited to approved users working on ordering, planning, labour scheduling, prep, store operations, or related internal workflows.

Operational responsibility

Platform outputs are intended to support store decision-making and should be reviewed alongside store-level judgement, business rules, and current operating conditions.

Using ChatGPT

The integration is for authorised Hub owners, general managers and franchisees. Connect your own Hub account and approve the requested tool permissions. Installing the plugin does not grant store access. Access follows your current Hub permissions, including stores added or removed later.

The integration can read information and make supported changes you request within those permissions. Check the store, dates, quantities and other details before authorising an action. Forecasts and staffing suggestions depend on saved inputs; missing or stale information can affect the result.

Orders, payments and external updates

Food and Coke drafts are planning records and do not submit orders to suppliers. Invoice and customer-order tools do not collect payments; payments happen outside ChatGPT. The integration does not administer other users' permissions.

Supported schedule changes can update existing Slack schedule posts and files through Hub's configured integrations. A queued update is not confirmation that delivery has completed. Check the saved result and any reported warnings.

Your connection and information

You can disconnect the integration. Security or permission changes may require you to reconnect. Disconnecting does not undo saved changes or delete business records. Our privacy policy explains how information is used and how to make a data request. Information shared with ChatGPT is also subject to the terms and settings for your ChatGPT account.
